ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:
- Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments.
- Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer’s specific needs.
- Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) — always presenting the most accurate product and service information.
- Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale or negotiating the price.
- Enters data into the system in real time, editing for accuracy during the call.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 16+ years of age
- Upbeat personality that is driven for success
- High School Diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled)
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
- The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
- The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Real Fast Auto Glass while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
- Knowledge of computer and telephone systems
- The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
- Ability and desire to operate computer and telephone systems while seated for extended periods of time

ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:
- Warmly welcomes in-shop customers, while applying a Customer Driven approach when handling incoming calls, e-mails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
- Proactively resolves customer concerns quickly and efficiently — without breaking a sweat — often coming up with creative solutions.
- Breezes happily through administrative tasks such as handling buyouts, invoices work orders, managing deleted work orders and processing credit memos and re-bills.
- Eagerly reviews orders from the national contact center, and handles dealer part orders and special accounts.
- Keeps all the moving parts running smoothly by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts and missing information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
- Ability to provide world class customer service
- Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation
- Skilled in various customer service arenas, with experience in a contact center setting
- Ability to travel up to 10%

The Technician acts as a role model for less experienced technicians showcasing quality workmanship and service so great, it’s memorable, while serving as an integral part of our installing team and jumping into action an average of two hours per day to help with important administrative tasks.

- Installs auto glass and other Real Fast Auto Glass products in-store or on a mobile basis.
- Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service for Real Fast Auto Glass customers.
- Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location.
- Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
- May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices
- Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
- Possesses a knack for mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand and power tools and equipment
- Ability to operate a mobile device (i.e. — Samsung Note or Iphone)
- 5 Years Experience
